Founder, main shareholder and leader.

Architect Gonzalo Gálvez has been in the construction business for over 45 years, not only in Costa Rica but also in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Ecuador. Gálvez has successfully led the construction of over 800.000 m2, having an outstanding reputation among clients, providers, contractors, and financial institutions.

The work philosophy that leads us is to create the spaces that integrally allow us, to work as a team together with all the participants in the projects we develop; owners, developers, designers, consultants, and financial agents. This in order to achieve common objectives and meet expectations of quality, cost and term.
